Shop Floor Control’s Newest Features

At our recent Community Forum held on May 7, 2018, Shop Floor Control (SFC) was presented and demonstrated to Exenta’s clients. Used for the manufacturing side of business, SFC helps to increase productivity and remove any unnecessary work. Employees can even receive feedback right away on their productivity that day thanks to SFC’s user friendly Android app.

SFC’s presentation, given by Per Bringle, has several new and exciting features that customers love. This system can now track time and attendance using face recognition, along with a simple way to plan and schedule. You can also use text messaging instead of email, making communication much quicker and easier. Additionally, Amazon’s Alexa has been integrated into the system, allowing users to see production updates to ensure that the business is running as smoothly as possible.

The software ties line balancing tools and the manufacturing process together, making for one seamless system that is easy to use and helpful to any company. Customer reports have even shown that this software lead to a 37% increase in productivity in their businesses.
